Frances is a native of the Tidewater area of Virginia. Raised in Gloucester County, she is currently living in the neighboring County of Mathews. She has experience in the sale of Waterfront Property, Non-Waterfront, Short Sales, VA, HUD, Land, Commercial Buildings and Property Management.
